Default sent items not retaining attached docs...

I have a client that has a strange problem. She is using Outlook 2000 on an
XP Pro machine and regualry sends emails containing attached items.

If she creates a new email and then attaches the pic from there, it is saved
in her sent items no problem. However, if she browses to the actual picture,
thenright-clicks and selects "Send To"-Email recipient, the email will be
sent out to the recipient, but the email never winds up in her sent items. I
took a quick peek and discovered that everytime she sends an email with an
attachment and uses the method above to do this, it always shows two (2)
emails trying to be sent (a message pops up indicating 2 of 2 messages
sending etc...) One of them would obviously be the recipient - which goes
out fine but the 2nd message is interesting. The error indicates that "the
recipient could not be found" and lists the intended recipient - which
ALWAYS happens to be her own email address - but with a spelling mistake in
it!!!! So, I thought it would be easy to find where she had maybe set
something up somewhere and mispelled her own email address but I cannot find
anything... She knows nothing about rules so there is nothing in there
defined wrong... She did tell me she thought it started happening when she
had put her own email address into the cc box and had spelt her name wrong -
but that is just coincidence I am sure... But this would be the same error
message she is getting . The error is being genereated by the send and
receive app - it is not another email containing the error...

Any ideas where I could look???

Thanks,

Brad
