A user running Outlook XP is receiving the following error
"Outlook cannot open this message. A newer version, such as Outlook 2003 or later, is required to open this message." The email contains a further attached email with a Word document enclosed, but the weird thing is that if I forward the attached email to the user then they can read it and open the Word document. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and any potential fixes or workarounds? many thanks Craig |
