One mistake it too many for me moving forward so I don't think the $0 option
and simply trying to not to mess up will do it for me...lol. The $0 option and creating a "dummy" default account (forcing me to pick)is the best option so far. Look at mistake #6 in their list. It does cost $40, but for the sake of professionality, it seems like a minor price to pay. I don't personally use this, yet, but I came across your thread in the process of looking for myself. And $0 is an even better price to pay.
