How to empty deleted items without resending it to inbox?
After deleting the e-mails & emptying the deleted items folder the e-mails
are sent back to inbox with a label (deleted)!! so how can i stop this servece?!

Sounds like you are either using a MAPI email service or are on Exchange with the delivery location being your Mailbox, not Local Folders. You need to purge them. There's a menu item (I think in Send and Receive?) that will purge your deleted items. You mean IMAP, rather, correct?
