| Sounds like you are either using a MAPI email service or are on
| Exchange with the delivery location being your Mailbox, not Local
| Folders. You need to purge them. There's a menu item (I think in Send
| and Receive?) that will purge your deleted items. (I'm not on Windows
| at the moment so can't tell....)
