Default Outlook [To] List (aka Select Names) Dialog

I installed NewsHound as recommended on ....
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/news.htm

NewsHound works OK, except for one annoying problem.

Whenever I use [To] for email (or any of the other post address
options), the "Select Names" dialog opens with the Newsgroup List
instead of Contacts List. I have to use the dropdown and manually
select Contacts.

Is there a way to set Contacts as default list in the "Select Names"
dialog?

And, yes, I've contacted NewsHound Support and still waiting answer.

It's simple. Go to Extra Adressbook.
In the adressbook go to Extra Options. In the new window you can choose
which list you'd like to show first.

Correction: this is not translated well from Dutch to English.
Tools Adressbook.
In Adressbook go to Tools Options.
There you can choose that Contacts should be showed first.
