When I send a message, when I click to to icon to select names from my
address book, it is blank. The "show names from the:" box is blank, and I can't choose anything or type anything there. Please help. |

Post your Outlook version.

Outlook Version 2002
I never did configure my address book, and when i try, all the fields are blank. I guess I have a conplete contact list, but i do not have and address book. I don't really know the difference. No wonder. If you don't configure the address book view, then of course you
won't see anything. Configure it.
