Duplicate emails received by an end-user
1, I use outlook 2003 pop3 receive mails from exchange 2003 .
2, outlook hold a .pst file and remain mails a copy in exchange 2003 server. 3, Sometimes deleting and recreating the mail account profile, then i must have to receive thousands of mails from server, how can do this ? how can I not received this files and now receive the new files ? thanks very much !

I don't think you can change that behavior since removing & recreating the
profile resets pointers (especially if you're using a new PST file). Why are you deleting & recreating the profile? Because outlook 2003 is crashed when I click send/receive mails.
So I delete mail account's profiles and new one. then the problem is resolved. but now produce new problem is that one . How can I not receive the old mails that remains the server ,only down the new ones ? "Vince Averello [MVP - Outlook]" ...
