Default Download free program for array phone codes correction

Russia changes array phone codes. All array codes that have a first symbol
zero will be changed. Number four replaces the first symbol in array codes.
For example, array code of Moscow changes from 095 to 495. There is large
quantity of phone numbers in contacts of Microsoft Outlook, Windows address
book, phone book of cellular phones, PDA, mail services in the web like
Yahoo!Mail, GMail, @mail.ru and so on. If you have big numbers of contacts
in Russia, a manual recoding of phones will take a great lot of time.
The InspiritSystems presents a program PhoneRecoder that allows you to
perform recoding phone arrays quick and easy. InspiritSystems PhoneRecoder
can use contacts of MS Outlook 2000, XP, 2003, and it can transform data
presented in formats Comma Separated Values (CSV) and vCard.
This solution is applicable for most of mail clients, mobile phones, PDA.
Product is freeware. There are user manuals (English and Russian versions).

Just an FYI on that application, since it's from an old book from a bankrupt
publisher it hasn't been updated since Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000 came
out. So there is no guarantee it will work correctly in later versions of
Windows or Outlook. It has not been modified at all to comply with the
Outlook object model security guard. YMMV with this application.

For grins, I installed in on a Windows XP system with Office 2003 SP2. It
shows up in the COM Add-Ins list and it does add a tab to the Contacts
properties. I created a new Contacts folder and copied a few contacts from
my default folder to the new one. The tool successfully changed the country
code from "1" to "044", so it appears to work with the most recent Windows
and Office versions.

Cool.

Various complicated copyright issues between Wrox Press and Wiley and APress
made me give up on any updates for that addin, I have permissions to offer
it but no one seems to know who would need to give me permission to update
it. So I never bothered.

Thanks for checking that out Brian
