Default Two profiles password help

We use Outlook with Exchange, and there are a couple assitants who, using
their laptops, need to logon to Outlook as their managers also. User a has
had her and the boss's Outlook profile setup for months now, switching
between the two profiles without being prompted for passwords. The other
user who we just setup with two profiles, exactly the same way, is being
prompted for the username and password everytime she switches between
profiles.

I have tried everything I can think of in resolving this issue, but Im out
of ideas?
Does anybody some tips?
Thanks,
Attila

Have you checked the second user's settings under the Account authentication
to see if they are the same as the first user?

Yes, actually that was one of the first things I did. It is NTLM
authentication for both.

Are they both accessing the Exchange server locally or are they using a VPN?

Problem solved. I had to give user B manage mailbox permission in person A's
AD account.
