We use Outlook with Exchange, and there are a couple assitants who, using
their laptops, need to logon to Outlook as their managers also. User a has had her and the boss's Outlook profile setup for months now, switching between the two profiles without being prompted for passwords. The other user who we just setup with two profiles, exactly the same way, is being prompted for the username and password everytime she switches between profiles. I have tried everything I can think of in resolving this issue, but Im out of ideas? Does anybody some tips? Thanks, Attila |

Have you checked the second user's settings under the Account authentication
to see if they are the same as the first user? -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. Yes, actually that was one of the first things I did. It is NTLM
authentication for both. Attila "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote in message ... Are they both accessing the Exchange server locally or are they using a VPN?
