Are they both accessing the Exchange server locally or are they using a
VPN?

After furious head scratching, Attila Csokai asked:

| Yes, actually that was one of the first things I did. It is NTLM
| authentication for both.

||| We use Outlook with Exchange, and there are a couple assitants who,
||| using their laptops, need to logon to Outlook as their managers
||| also. User a has had her and the boss's Outlook profile setup for
||| months now, switching between the two profiles without being
||| prompted for passwords. The other user who we just setup with two
||| profiles, exactly the same way, is being prompted for the username
||| and password everytime she switches between profiles.
|||
||| I have tried everything I can think of in resolving this issue, but
||| Im out of ideas?
||| Does anybody some tips?
||| Thanks,
||| Attila
