Hi, I recently tried to send a large video email and it has been stuck in my
outbox since April. I've reinstalled the software over and over; tried to
work offline to delete the message and nothing seems to work. It is causing
other email to get stuck in my outbox as well so my outlook is practically
useless for emails.

Can anyone help?

Set outlook offline (file, office) and delete it.
