Hi,
I have a user running Outlook 2003 11.5608.5606 on Windows XP Sp2 connecting to Exchange 2000. When the user creates a search folder and searches, the results randomly omit sent mails, resulting in gaps in the conversation. We've ran an integrity check on the store and it passed fine, also ran offline defrag. I don't know if this is related but when the user replies to a mail in his PST file his name doesn't appear in the 'from' box, this is only with PST mails. Anybody come across this? |

Is he searching on his name/address? Is it only skipping the sent items in

He's searching on subject / name / address.
It's skipping items both on his exchange mailbox and his pst file. Thanks "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... Is he searching on his name/address?
