Just curious as to why you are answering to a 1 1\2 yr old post when it
was already answered at that time

I?m sure that Clone Remover will be the best assistant for you. It is an
award-winning small shareware utility to find duplicate files and to
remove duplicate files. It will help you search duplicate image and photo
files, e-mails on your PC and laptop.

Hi - I am using OL2007 on a Win Vista platform and it seems my Outlook
Inbox
has a whole bunch of duplicate messages collected over time. Is there a
Free
or Open Source tool to remove this dupes automatically? What about some
took
to ensure that OL does not download the same message twice?

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_duplicates.asp - some are free.

The best way to insure no dupes is to remove mail from the server.
Otherwise, anytime you make a new profile you will download everything
again.
