I have two email accounts. For some reason, one particular person does not
now receive emails from one of these accounts, although he does from the other and from all other senders. The non-received emails do not get returned to sender. What might cause this? Rob Graham |

We'd need to know more about your environment; in particular, your Outlook version, your account type and whether or not Outlook placed the message in Sent Items. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

The account is a POP. Not, however, using an authenticated SMTP server, since Outlook 97 (V9) can't handle the authentication. If the message moved to the Sent Items folder, then Outlook has received an acknowledgement from the SMTP server that it has accepted the message. Thus, your problem lies with your ISP, not Outlook. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
