you need to use a 3rd party rules engine - but AFAIK, all the apps are
client side and need outlook open to the mailbox.

others that work the same way.

I have received this request from a user:

Hello,
I've been asked to set up an alerts system that will warn me, and a
few other people in the legal team on an on-going basis if there are
emails in the Project 7 mailbox that are un-read and older than two
days.

I've had a quick look to see if this is something that I could do via
alerts or rules, but couldn't figure this out.

I wondered whether this was something that was possible to do?

As far as I'm aware rule processing happens immediately after the mail
arrives in the mailbox, but I thought I would double check before
telling the user no.

Any ideas people?
