Thanks for the advice, in fact when I checked the manual for the organiser I found out that it requires Outlook 98/2000/2002/2003 so my copy of MS Office will not work! I only use Outlook for the contacts at the moment so your suggestion could work for me, at least for the time being. All I need now is a copy of one of the versions of Outlook mentioned above; Any ideas where I can get one from? eBay is a good plaace to start.
