Outlook 2003 just closes down by itself - please help!

What happens if you load Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe") so no add-ons get loaded with it? Any errors listed in the Event Viewer logs at the time of the crash? Is Outlook actually killed or did it minimize? Check the Processes tab in Task Manager when it disappears.
