Attachments now you see them
Why are attachments sometime visible on the preview pane header bar, but
sometimes I have to open the mail to see the filename to click on? I have no idea how many I may have missed because of this. XP sp2 OutlookXP -- Jim S

Attachments now you see them
At the very top of your open message (above the menu bar)
the subject line of your message will show, along with they type of message (HTML, RTF, etc). However, I use the "Paperclip" as a signal that there is an attachment in my message. If you are in the default view for your messages in Outlook, to the left of the subject:: (paper clip) icon = If a paperclip shows next to the message then an attachment is present.
