Outlook 2003 MPAI failure

Default Outlook 2003 MPAI failure

Hi,

I have outlook 2003 connect to Exchange server using exchange services
(MAPI). Now when I open outlook, it will halt up. Even I create the new
profile also use exchange services, when doing check name, also halt up. It
seem MAPI client have problem.

I tried uninstall and reinstall office, still same.

Please advise.
