Default [OL2003/WinXP] "CLR not initialized" alert at start-up

Hi NG,

starting OL2003/WinXP I am getting the alert "Urgent fault with MAPI
service: CLR not initialized" (original German alert: "Schwerer Fehler
in verwaltetem MAPI-Dienst; CLR konnte nicht initialisiert werden,
Unknown error 0x8013150A") various times.

How can this be amended?

Thanx for your help!

Best wishes,
J.
