Saving Draft Emails, Outlook 2003
When I first log into Outlook I am not able to save any Draft emails. If I am in the middle of a Draft and hit the X button to close out, it does not offer the prompt to save it as a Draft. So I disconnect from Citrix and log back in. Then for the rest of the day it gives me the prompt when closing the Draft and I am able to save any Drafts for the rest of that day. Then the next day it does the same thing. Hmmm. Yeah, it saves with the save command and puts it in the drafts folder. I played around a bit more and discovered that when i turn off HTML and chose rich text for new messages, the problem seemed to have disappeared.... very bizarre. Any idea why HTML email would act differently?
