Default Pictures cannot be opened in outlook 2007

When the mails are downloaded, after saying to download pictures, it cannot
be downloaded. Can anyone help me here? The mail is in safe sender, the
recipient is also in safe list.

Not in answer to your question, but an aside: do not put the mail addresses
of individual people in the Safe Recipients list. That's not what it's for.
The Safe Recipients list is designed to hold the addresses of any mailing
lists to which you are subscribed and the messages from which are being
flagged as junk.

unless a contact exists for the person and you trust all contacts, you may
need to add individuals to the safe list, if they frequently send mail which
is tagged as junk mail. I don't recommend adding everyone, only addresses
whose messages end up in junk (which can be caused simply by sending a short
message).
