Working with rules
Hi,
I need to be able to copy all my messages to a personal folder called Inbox backup from all users on a global list. I have tried many different ways. I.e. Global Contacts List, all ngc.com users, etc. Please help. How do I make rules work. Judy

Ok, so, if I am reading you correctly, you only want to move mail that was from one of your internal users to this pst? Exchange server, I assume? What version? And what version of Outlook? -- f.h.

Thanks to all that helped me. I figured out what I needed to do was create a
