Default Insert email addresses with a macro

Hi,
How do I write a macro in Outlook to enable me to insert pre-defined
email addresses straight into an existing open email that is ready to
send? I know it can be done by using a distribution list but that's a
few extra mouse clicks and when you have to do this 20 times a day every
day every click counts!

Thanks,
Phillip
