Keep copy of replies from 2nd mailbox
We have outlook 2002.
I have the owner of my own mailbox and a 2nd mailbox (called SPOC) who I have set the deligation to our unit of 15. Whenever anyone from the unit replies to an email from the 2nd mailbox, the reply goes into their sent mail. Same thing happens when they delete messages. Presently we have to not use the delete key but move the message you want to delete over to the delete folder in the 2nd mailbox. At the end of each day, they must go into their sent mail and pick all the replies from the 2nd mailbox (they find it by the mail from that says 'on behalf of..) to the sent folder on the 2nd mailbox. Is there any way that the sent mail from the 2nd mailbox can default to the 2nd mail boxes sent folder? Is there a 3rd party program that would do this? thx again. Mel |
