Infrastructure Background:
Exchange 2000 running on Windows Server 2000 Desktop: Windows Professional 2000 with Outlook 2000 client. Problem: People are receiving the following error message whilst trying to save Office documents into a Public Folder: "The disc is full. Free some space on this drive or save document on another disc. Try one of the following: Close any unneeded windows or save the document on another disc" Investigation reveals: 1) The is over 80GB of free disk space on the server the Public Folder data is stored on 2) The people concerned have suffient permission levels to be saving/ amending etc 3) A DACL cleanup has been performed to make sure the permissions are not corrupt. More obviously, the people concerned are also making sure that all unrequired windows are closed/there is enough temp disk space etc but still the problem persists. However, I understand the the document can be saved elsewhere, for instance their network homefolder drive. Any suggestions? Thanks ![]() |
