Hi I have deleted all the unsent messages in my outbox and yet I still on
clicking send/receive get a progress box stating 0 of 2 tasks completed
successfully. It also lists my email address twice once stating sending with
errors and second receiving processing. I have tried to delete these but
have not been able to. I have Norton security so didn't think this would be
a virus type problem and I am able to send emails using tiscali but not
Outlook 2007.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

1. disable any antivirus email integration you have. It is not needed and
can cause issues.
2. See if there are any stuck Read Receipts in Outlook using Outlook Spy and
delete them -

3. remove and re-add your email accounts.
