I am having the exact same problem too. However, it just started a few
months ago. Didn't have the problem before and I can't think of any
changed I made that would have caused this. It is extremely annoying
though.

This only happens when replying to HTML email, no problem with plain
text. Also, when I edit the original sender's text it is in blue arial
font regardless of what font & color the original email was formatted
in.

HELP!

It seem all the users here have the same problem...
Seem nobody found a solution soo far.

I'll just add that Outlook seem to add unbreakable space in the HTML message where you insert your text. You can see it copy pasting your text into word... dunno if that might be of any help.
