Spam

Hi all, I have the italian version of OFFICE 2003,OUTLOOK 2003 creates a
folder : "Posta indesiderata" for spam msgs.
I'm using it on an IMAP server.

Is it possible to change the name of this folder ?
If yes ... how ?
