I have one user, who continously has issues with messages getting
stuck in their Outbox. The addresses are well formed and correct. If you hit Send/Receive, it just sits there saying preparing to send. If I close and reopen the program, all of the messages are sent. We are using Office 2003 Pro with all patches. Any help is appreciated |

Is there a firewall or antivirus program running on that client machine?

The computer, like all others on the network, is running Symantec
Antivirus CE 10. I have turned off the email integration for that computer as well as disabled the Windows Firewall. On Jun 20, 4:56 pm, "Ben M.
