yes, I use the personal Folder Backup with OUTLOOK 2007 - works same way as

Check the Microsoft download site - I believe you need a newer version which
may or may not be available. It's not my recommended method of backing up a pst - I just copy the pst. OUTLOOK 2007
Move your pst file to a folder under My Documents. Makes for easy backup
