We're using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. We have DSL so access is not slow.
One of my users sent an email with large attachments to a large number of recipients. The recipients all received several copies of the email (7 that I know of), and after 30 mins or so it was still sending and I couldn't remove it from the outbox. I was able to get it out of the outbox by going offline and deleting it then, but I need to know why it sent 7+ times. There was no error message that I know of. The user insists on having an automatic send/receive every 1 minute. would that have something to do with it? Mike. |
