Message being received numerous times.
We're using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. We have DSL so access is not slow.
One of my users sent an email with large attachments to a large number of recipients. The recipients all received several copies of the email (7 that I know of), and after 30 mins or so it was still sending and I couldn't remove it from the outbox. I was able to get it out of the outbox by going offline and deleting it then, but I need to know why it sent 7+ times. There was no error message that I know of. The user insists on having an automatic send/receive every 1 minute. would that have something to do with it? Mike.
