I've got a user running Outlook 2003 (workgroup/exchange edition). It has
all the latest service packs and updates. For some reason, emails are *occasionally* delivered directly to his deleted items folder. He has no rules setup and i've tried recreating his profile. It happens with internal and external addresses. Anyone seen this before? |

Does he have the Junk E-mail filter setup?

No he doesn't, but wouldn't that deliver email to the Junk E-mail folder

It could just delete things
