I Right Click my mouse to selete "Mark All as Read", but this still does not change. I still see 23 messages that are unread. Any help would be gret.... Thanks Michael |

Give the following a shot (these are not in any particular order, just things
to try): 1) Try opening Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch 2) While Outlook is closed, rename the outcmd.dat file -- Kathleen Orland Blessed are the cracked, for it is they who let in the light Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "ZZMHume" wrote: 1- Outlook 2003 (11.8002.6568) SP2 2- Exchange 2003 SP1 3- Not that I can find 4- Did a repair of Office. The outcmd.dat file is hidden. You have to unhide hidden folders and files in
Windows Explorer. Then just do a file/folder search for it. Make sure Outlook is closed when you rename it. Choose something like outcmd.dat_old or something similar. -- Kathleen Orland Blessed are the cracked, for it is they who let in the light Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "ZZMHume" wrote: I tried the /cleanfreebusy switch, this did not work... Recreate the profile on the PC in question perhaps? Did you check any of the
