I'm sure you do. It is the responsibility of Blackberry's synch software to
transfer those numbers to the device in a format in which they can be used. Outlook is the server here. It's job is to present a consistent interface, which it does. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Jim" wrote in message ups.com... ![]() Include "p"s in your phone number. Eg, my phone number is 123456 with the extension 0987, I input the phone number into Outlook as 123456pp0987 p is the universal mobile/cellphone digit for a pause. A longer pause is obtained by following with another p How many p's required is dependant on the make an model of the phone system you are calling. Hope that helps "Jim" wrote: How do I type phone numbers with extensions in Outlook Contacts so that when it is transferred to a Blackberry it will dial the phone numbers with the extensions? |
