Default Outlook Calendar issue - Calendar Invitation to one user goes to EVERYONE in my group...

.... and if any of the other users (i.e. the uninvited ones who still
get sent the invitation) happen to open the invitation, then the
intended invitee cannot respond at all to the invitation.

Any suggestions please?

Outlook version: 2003

Thanks!
