Default Publishing User Information to Company/Group Calendar?

Hi,

I'm not sure if what we want to do is the correct way of doing things, so if
anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.

We're using Exchange 2003 SP2 on 2003 server, and Outlook 2003 on XP
clients. We also have OWA setup and working, which contains a group
calendar.

What we'd like to be able to do, is automatically publish/sync everyone's
own calendar, with the single group/company calendar. This way, everyone
will be able to see what everyone else has planned for the week/month at a
single glance. At the moment everyone uses their own calendars, but not the
group calendar.
I know it's kind of possible to do this using group schedules, but you can't
publish a schedule or link it to favourites.

Many thanks

Ben
