Additional mailbox
I want to make a user to view another user mails, with Outlook.
Forward emails via Exchange is not good enough, because that way only the incoming mails he will be able to view, not the sent items. I tried to use the option "Open these additional mailboxes" on Outlook Account settings, that seems to be perfect, except that when the user view a mail, it is marked read both at his and the original owner of the mailbox. Is there a way to view the other user emails without them to be marked as read? |

No, it does not, because his own emails are also marked as read. We talking
about 2 mailboxes on the Outlook. "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... Nick wrote: I want to make a user to view another user mails, with Outlook. One is with the Reading Pane options. Another is by the reader opening the message. It can also be done by a third-party application that integrates with Outlook opening the message, like an anti-spam scanner. Go through your apps and see if any of them integrate with Outlook. If none of these apply, I'm stumped. -- Brian Tillman |
