How do you set in PRF that an additional Exchange mailbox to be opened?

Can't be done in a PRF file. The Profman library that comes with Outlook Redemption can do it, as I think also can some of the mail profile tools listed at http://www.slipstick.com/exs/olroam.htm#tools

creaf.exe supposed to be able to do it according to the description, but the
