I've searched the newsgroups as well as the web, but can't find much about
this (other than a few people with the same issue). I was intrigued when I saw that Microsoft had released a Junk E-Mail Reporting Tool for Outlook. However, to my dismay, it doesn't appear to work. I've tried it on a couple of computers, both running Outlook 2003 SP2. When I try to report *any* junk mail message that Outlook's filter does not pick up I get an error that the message is marked as 'do not forward' and thus it cannot be reported. I'm not here to slag off the tool as clearly something's not right; at least I hope that's the case. Could anyone suggest what the problem is? Thanks in advance. |
