Default Synchronize Outlook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 installed on my desktop computer and my laptop which I
use when traveling. What is the best way to transfer the Outlook data from
one computer to the other. Copying Outlook.pst from one computer to another
doesn't seem to transport all the data, particularly data of received
emails.

Don
The way i do it is that i have my outlook on my laptop delivered to my
mailbox and on my pc i get it delivered to my pst file.
But you need to keep your outlook closed on your pc so when you open it
up when returning to work your e-mail will drop throught to your
outlook
Hope this helps
Lee

Transporting the PST from one PC to the other _guarantees_ the transport of
ALL the data it contains. Simply open it in the other Outlook with
FileOpenOutlook Data File. Never export to or import from a PST.

Also, see this for ways to synchronize Outlook on two PCs:
