We have 1 user with a problem. Every time he attempts to use Outlook
2000, it insists on spending 10 minutes running Windows Installer. (Eventually WI times out trying to contact the nonexistent server from which Outlook was originally installed.) All the other users on the PC can access Outlook just fine, but this 1 user has to sit through WI. Therefore it *must* be some registry setting somewhere in HKCU that is causing this infuriating behavior. Does anybody know the name of the magic registry key to turn this off? |
