Calendar deleting after 6 months
Hi
How do i stop outlook from deleting appointments after they are 6 months old i want to keep all my old appointments and is it possible to retrieve the ones it has already deleted. Cheers in advance Andy

Calendar deleting after 6 months
1. Turn off the auto-archive or change the frequency.
2. Find your archive .pst file, open it and drag the items from your archive calendar (displayed in by category view) to the active calendar folder. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
