I have set up three e-mail accounts in Microsoft Outlook. I have three
subfolders under "Inbox". Whenever I get e-mails in one folder, I try to reply and then immediately get "undeliverable" message. When I reply in one e-mail using one account, it goes through but using a different e-mail account even though it is already set up in Microsoft Outlook, it doesn't. Need help, please. |

At least one of the accounts (the one with which the reply is trying to be sent) is not properly configured. When I reply in one e-mail using one account, it goes through but using a different e-mail account even though it is already set up in Microsoft Outlook, it doesn't. I don't quite understand what you're saying here. Can you elucidate, making sure you state your Outlook version and account types as well? -- Brian Tillman |

You're right, I should have been more clearer. I am using Microsoft Office
Outlook 2007 (Beta). In the Inbox part, I have three subfolders (Business, Personal and Sorenson). When all of them checks for e-mails, they are retreived into their respective folders. Business and Personal e-mail accounts are through the same internet service provider while Sorenson is through another (i.e. Business and Personal is mail.twcny.rr.com for both pop3 and smtp while Sorenson is mail.sctrainers.com). Instead of receiving all of the e-mails in just Inbox and then have to move certain e-mails to particular folders, Business retrieves business e-mails, personal retrieves personal e-mails and Sorenson retrieves Sorenson related e-mails. I know I am still not clear with my explanation but this is the best I can do. "Brian Tillman" wrote: DJ wrote: I have set up three e-mail accounts in Microsoft Outlook.
