Do you want to open an additional mailbox in your profile or just certain
folders in that mailbox? For the former, you need to add the second mailbox using Tools-Options-Mail Setup-Accounts. Highlight your Exchange account and select Change. Go to the more settings button and select the Advanced Tab and add the mailbox there. If you only want to open folders in that mailbox to which you have permissions, go to File-Open-Other User's folder. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After furious head scratching, MS User2006 asked: | OK I used to know how to do this but am having a memory laspe here. | So I know I can always get a wuick anser here in the NG's so here | goes. | | I need to open another users mailbox within my Outlook client. Additional mailboxes in my Outlook client. I knew it was simple just lost
track of how to get there. It's been a long time since my desktop support days. Thanks Milly. "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote in message ...
