Default New messages do not display until user selects a different folder

One user out of 80 is having a problem. They are using Outlook 2000 like
the rest, but recently upgraded to a new PC.

This user is only able to see new email if the select a currently unselected
folder in outlook.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks,
Aaron
