Default Source Edit or Downgrading

If there is no way to source edit, how do I downgrade JUST outlook or is that
not possible?

If that's not possible, how do I completely downgrade if there's a faster
way than uninstalling and re installing.

You would think there would be as much html options in outlook 2k7 and 2k3.
I guess not.
