I imported my RSS feeds over the weekend, and after a day of thinking that
some of the blogs had gone quiet I've realised that not all the feeds are updating (Using my old agregator s/w I realise I'm hundreds of posts adrift) Any sugestions?? Regards, Gordon |

Hi Gordon,
What happens when you close and reopen Outlook and then press send/receive? An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program.' That aren't being reported at the end of send / receive. Looks like I've got to re-install OL anyway, so I'll see if that fixes the problem. Gordon |

Good luck, I spent the best part of a week trying to fix this problem with
the built in RSS Reader and ended up giving up and going back to my stand alone RSS Reader. "Gordon Wheeler" wrote in message ... See my latest reply to his problem. Maybe that might help you as well?

From time to time your suggestion DOES work but not every time.

Hi Gordon,
Microsoft Office Diagnostics might solve the problem without reinstalling (All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools). Before you run it, you might want to delete all RSS feeds (or export them to an OPML file), run it, and recreate them (or import the OPML file). You probably should also delete all the subfolders of RSS Subscriptions. To be safe, deleting the Outlook.sharing.xml.obi might also be a good idea (this file stores the index of subscriptions and is rebuilt automatically). The file is in Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook If Office Diagnostics doesn't solve your problem, you probably have to reinstall. Make sure you have no RSS subscriptions in Outlook when you do so. Let me know if you still have problems after all of this. Tried Office Diagnostics, removign all feeds and rebuilding them, AND
reinstalling Outlook from scratch and still have the same issue :-( "Patrick Schmid" wrote in message ... Can you try the following and see if that solves the problem:
Try registering OLE32.dll. To do this, from a command line run "regsvr32 %windir%\system32\ole32.dll". Please let me know if this helped or not.
